Shipping and Return Policies


Once we receive your cleared payment, we aim to despatch your item(s) within 2 business days.  The quoted shipping charges include packing and handling, with the method of shipping varying according to the nature of your item.  The weight and other dimensions of your item as well as the delivery destination play a part in how we ship.  In any event, we aim to minimise shipping charges and on larger items, we may subsidise the cost to your advantage.


If your item has been damaged in transit or is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will either replace it or if no replacement is available, we will refund your payment.

To make such a claim, we ask that you provide the following:

  • Contact us within 3 days to advise us of your concerns.
  • Contact us in writing within 7 days outlining details of the issue and including a description of the damage or defect .
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
